Davia, aka The Sound of Gravity, is an indie recording artist who unites creative communities, challenges norms and embraces individuality through song and story. A passionate advocate for queer rights and allies, Davia’s music and ethos revolve around doing things differently—infusing both his art and lifestyle with a unique sense of purpose.
Growing up in the factory-filled neighborhood of Olneyville in Providence, Rhode Island, Davia found solace in his parents’ turntable, captivated by the sounds of Californian artists that would later shape his own musical journey. This upbringing would lead him across the country from the East Coast to the West. His sound—retro, raw, and deeply personal—is anchored in a nostalgic love for storytelling.
